I agree to the following terms:

Voluntary Participation: I voluntarily give my permission for my child to participate in the AYF Juniors Winter Getaway 2026 on January 16, 2026 – January 19, 2026 and acknowledge the risks involved in the event. I agree to no late arrivals or early departures and commit to participating for the entire duration of the camp dates listed above. 

Release of Liability: On behalf of myself and my child, I hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless AYF Juniors Central Council, ARF, ACF, and AYF Camp, including its directors, officers, employees, volunteers, agents, and representatives, from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action related to injury, damage, or loss that may occur during the event.

Assumption of Risk: I fully acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with the AYF Juniors Winter Getaway 2026. I assume full responsibility for these risks during the event.

Medical Consent: In case of an emergency, I authorize AYF Juniors Central Council and its representatives to obtain emergency medical treatment for my child and I agree to be responsible for any related costs.

Compliance with Safety Rules: My child agrees to follow all instructions and safety rules provided by the AYF Juniors Central Council representatives, and event coordinators during the event.

Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless AYF Juniors Central Council,
ARF, ACF, and AYF Camp, its directors, officers, employees, volunteers, and agents, from any claims or liabilities arising from my child’s participation in the AYF Juniors Winter Getaway 2026 on January 16, 2026 – January 19, 2026
